A community built around neurodivergent people
Neuro-Café runs free, informal events and resources for neurodivergent people, their families, carers and the professionals who support them. No jargon. No waiting lists. No pressure. Just real people, real conversations and genuine help.
What is Neuro-Café?
We are a free, community-led space for anyone touched by neurodivergence. We bring together neurodivergent people, their families and carers, and the professionals who support them, in an informal, welcoming environment where real conversations happen.
There are no referrals, no appointments and no clinical assessments. We are simply here to help people connect, share information and feel less alone.

At every event we bring together professionals from relevant fields: healthcare, education, legal, coaching and more. They are there to talk, not to sell.
Families and Carers
